Ask yourselves two critical questions:
1. What is the most important decision I will take in the next six months?
2. What is a good decision?
- A good decision is one that my old fat self can’t rightly kick me for 20-30 years from now.
We are all looking at a vast decision space when searching for answers to complex dilemmas. In reality we can only cover a limited area of this space with our spotlight (attention, interests, information etc.). We need to talk to more people to constantly adjust our spotlight and cover more from the decision space.
My spotlight:Spotlights of others:
“I know you that think you understand what you thought I said but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant”.
